TriniChat is a place to chat, lime and link up. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use TriniChat.

Who can use TriniChat

You must be at least 18 years old.

Community rules

Treat people the way you want to be treated. Do not use TriniChat to:

• harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone;
• post hate speech or attack people for their race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or disability;
• share sexual content involving anyone under 18. This is never allowed and will be reported to the authorities;
• send sexual content to people who have not asked for it;
• scam, spam or trick people, or ask them for money or passwords;
• share someone else's private information or photos without their permission;
• pretend to be someone else;
• share illegal content or anything that breaks the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

Moderation

To keep TriniChat safe, administrators can review conversations, as explained in the privacy policy. We may remove messages and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without warning. Chatting anonymously means other users don't see who you are. It does not put you above these rules or the law.

Your content

You are responsible for what you send. You keep ownership of your messages and files, and you give TriniChat permission to store and deliver them so the service works. Shared files are deleted automatically after a set time, so don't use TriniChat as a backup.

The service

TriniChat is provided free of charge and “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
